Staff were all amazing and doing their best in a bad situation.
Hospital is overwhelmed with patients some of which could be health centre/GP sorted but they are probably struggling to get an appointment and put more pressure on A&E
All fine but lucky it was a quiet time on a Sunday morning!
Even though the a and e department was extremely busy the staff were polite and friendly and the doctor who saw me was excellent it is a thankless job working in this department as you can’t please everyone but on my visit I was very pleased keep up the good work
Very good service and good Communication.
Thanks for all nuclear Medicine Staff.
Doctor, Nurse, assistance Nurse, and Receptions and MRI specialist.
We organised.
Very good listening.
The ambulance team and all doctors and nurses were very good and caring. Were I found confusion was from the Friday that I was told that I needed a ctscan before I could come home but by Saturday pm still wasn’t done And I was discharged and told that I would have to come back this week for the scan and I would get an appointment. Today my husband was told that the scan was cancelled and couldn’t get more info. I have an appointment for the 27 of May at the general surgery hot clinic in writing and I presume I should have had the scan done for it. I do not want to cancell that appointment especially that I am in quite a bit of disconfort and I would appreciate some answers
I was invited to see the Stroke team direct and was able to bypass the lengthy A&E waits. I had my investigations promptly and treated with utmost professional courtesy by the team and now have my follow-up appointment too. Very pleased with the treatment so far. Well done and keep it up.
There was no delay, I was kept informed all questions were answered. Very professional service with understanding and empathy.
We were treated very well and with respect
We were not left in the corridor and received
attention straight away
Waiting time was short
