Miss Wuntakal is kind, compassionate and the best at what she does. There are not enough Thank Yous to show how grateful I am to have been cared for, listened to and supported by her. Miss Wuntakal was thorough in all investigations and didn't just pass me to someone else when there didn't seem to be any answers. Miss Wuntakal explained everything in detail, reassured me through the anxiety of surgery and listened to all my concerns. BHR is very lucky to have the very best in Miss Wuntakal. Also a huge thank you to Mandy the CNS nurse who not only held my hand, supported me and listened, she made me smile and feel safe. The level of personal care is exceptional from Mandy, she understood the worry behind the smile.

Miss Rekha Wuntakal and her team of doctors and nurses at King George Hospital, Redbridge provided excellent care and are a credit to the NHS. I could not have been looked after better. Miss Wuntakal explained the procedure and my opitions in detail, listened to my concerns and provided resassurance every step of the way. The whole team went the extra mile to ensure my procedure was carried out on the day as I wanted, despite it being very difficult, and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Their care and attention was brilliant. I have no hestitation in recommending Miss Wuntakal and the Gynaecological Oncology team at King George Hospital.

Miss Wuntakal is not only a great consultant/surgeon but is kind and friendly and made me feel at ease even when giving me bad news. Had major surgery last October and was really pleased how it went. Today I had my 1st check up with Miss Wuntakal and she was as lovely and professional as usual.

Follow up appointment yesterday with Miss Wuntakal, she was held up on the ward, but she did not rush my appointment. She is a wonderful person who cares and no question is too much trouble. I was blessed when I came under Miss Wuntakal's care

Miss Wuntakal is an amazing consultant and surgeon very caring and approachable. She performed my Hysterectomy Flawlessly even though it was more complicated than the scans showed. She always has time to listen to you and gives you the advice and knowledge you need. She is the best consultant I have had. Queens hospital should be very proud to have her as one of their colleagues
